This very special 2010 Australian PNC issue pays tribute to the work of the various wildlife rescue and rehabilitation groups that exist across Australia, most of which are non-profit organisations and shelters run by volunteers.
The cover is titled "Wildlife Caring - Rescue to Release", and it features a Rescue to Release 60c stamp; and also a beautiful koala medallion. It is postmarked "First Day of Issue, 5 October 2010; Sanctuary Cove QLD 4212". This was a limited edition individually numbered release of just 10,000. Please note, the number you receive will differ from our catalogue images.
