2012 Diamond Jubilee of the Accession of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II: 50c Fine Silver Proof Coin

Designed by the official jeweller and goldsmith to Queen Elizabeth II, Mr. Stuart Devlin, the 2012 Diamond Jubilee Coin celebrates the 60 year reign of one of the world’s most treasured monarchs. The reverse features St Edward’s Crown, used in The Queen’s Coronation ceremony in 1953.

The silver proof coin is presented in a leatherette case with a royal purple inlay. Affixed to the inlay is a small token with the crown logo used by the Royal Australian Mint to link recent royal themed releases.

This anniversary will be celebrated throughout the Commonwealth. All royal enthusiasts and coin collectors will be looking for coins to mark this significant anniversary.
