Governor Lachlan Macquarie Stamp and Coin Cover - Sold out at Mint. Prices Increasing

The coin is housed on a card portraying Macquarie’s framed portrait which fits inside an envelope featuring four 55c Australia Post stamps.  The first stamp depicts Macquarie and a contemporary view of Sydney.  The other three stamps, which are entitled VISIONARY, EMANCIPATOR and BUILDER, portray historical images of Port Jackson, the Parramatta Female Penitentiary and the Governor’s Sydney Stables.
